About Me
About Me
Hello and welcome, I am Jo, I am a fully qualified person-centred therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Click here to see my BACP directory page.
I offer face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions across West Yorkshire. I also offer UK wide video, telephone and chat sessions. I work with children (11+), young people and adults.
I am here to support and guide you through whatever issues have brought you to my page today. I am dedicated to making you feel as comfortable and safe in my presence as possible. I know what it feels like when you are taking the first steps in opening up about some of your deepest thoughts and emotions with someone new.
I am passionate about my role as a counsellor and I seek to create the right environment for each and every individual client.
My honesty, integrity and empathy are dear to me and are at the core of how I conduct myself, both personally and in the counselling relationship.
